112th ILC will be reconvened on Monday 3 June 2024 to deal with the various agenda items regarding workers issues. A 4 member delegation of BMS in the leadership of its General Secretary Shri Ravindra Himte with Shri M Jagdishwar Raoji, Girish Chandra Aryaji and Suravi Swain is reaching at Geneva for ILC on 2nd June 2024. Shri Himte is going as delegate and rest are as advisor. It is noted that 6 other member from different workers unions side are also going as advisor from India.
There will be 10 representative from employer side and 5 member from government side.
As we know that BMS is the largest organisation of workers in India, so its General Secretary will address the ILC as deligate of Bharat and address the various issues of workers condition in India. Shri Ravindra Himte General Secretary Bhartiya Mazdoor Sangh said that he will emphasize on decent work wages and the care economy of workers. There he will emphasize on the fundamental principles and rights at work also.
