Mental harassment, discrimination, victimisation of sole Cabin Crew Union members, lack of rest, adoption of an illogical roster system, authoritarian approach of HR group, treating Cabin crew as bonded labourers are day-to-day affairs in Air India Express. The Management neither cares about the Union nor the Labour Ministry’s top officials or DGCA authorities.
